Habits of Health Support Meeting

To get the very most out of each meeting you are encouraged to own a copy of Dr. Andersen's books "The Habits of Health" and the "Companion Guide". But if your don't, please come anyway. We're all about helping people get healthy in any way we can!

Prior to each weekly meeting, please make note of the Companion Guide lessons to be discussed in that meeting and complete those lessons along with the reading assignments in the Habits of Health book. (The lessons covered in the next meeting are detailed below.)

By doing this, you will come better prepared to pariticpate and learn, which is our ultimate goal: TEACHING AND LEARNING THE HABITS OF HEALTH!!
