Centro Cultural de Belém
A construção do Centro Cultural de Belém foi decidida no início de 1988. A ideia era levantar de raiz uma estrutura que pudessse acolher, em 1992, a presidência portuguesa da União Europeia, permanecendo como um forte pólo dinamizador de actividades culturais e de lazer.
