Description
"The Mighty Bridge": The landmark Canadian Pacific Railway bridge spans the Oldman River valley in Lethbridge and is one of Canada's largest railway structures.

An engineering achievement built in 1907-09 as part of a major diversion of the Crowsnest Pass route between Lethbridge and Fort Macleod, it has been called the Lethbridge Viaduct or the High Level Bridge at Lethbridge, and is a visual icon of southern Alberta. This exhibit celebrates the impressive structure and its visual identity.
