Genre: Special Events This year's Black and White event - Just for Laughs - is the 15th annual fundraiser to support community performing arts at Festival Place. The all-inclusive evening combines gourmet dining stations, courtesy beverages, live and silent auctions, and first-rate entertainment provided by celebrity impersonator Tracey Bell performing her award winning "8 Divas in 44 Minutes."
