I'm struck by the fact that, whilst researching the day, I found very few people who could honestly answer the question: When did you last sit down and spend any time to think about this?

Where are you at the moment? Where would you like to be? You're going to have a chance to stop and answer a lot of questions:
questions that only you can ask yourself - and answer.
The day is entirely non-confrontational; what you have inside your head stays there. This is not a psychological investigation into you. You are who you are. This seminar won't change you. I like to think that what you hear on the day will enable you to progress, "to achieve your goals with contentment". That's what it say's on the packet!
