EASY RIDERS NO CLASS 3/13 & 3/15... You do not need to be a competitive cyclist or in great physical shape to get the benefits from spinning. People in spinning classes can burn 450-500 calories in 50-minutes. Instructor, TBD, will get you started in spinning and help push you to a great workout.
