DLR Poetry Now 2010 at Pavilion Theatre

Cost: Various
Time: Various

Now in its 15th year, the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown Poetry Now Festival 2010 is one of the most prestigious and biggest literary festival in Ireland.

The dlr Poetry Now Festival will welcome poets from countries including Albania, the Czech Republic, Mexico and the United States â€" but, as this year's keynote speaker Paul Muldoon will remind us, with his address Go Fish: Six Irish Poets, there are always new depths to be discovered in the work of poets from Ireland too. As ever, then, dlr Poetry Now is proud to present the very best of Irish and international poetry. Other highlights at this year’s festival will include a reading from last year’s Irish Times Poetry Now Award winner Derek Mahon, a special tribute to The Gallery Press on its 40th anniversary, and a chance to hear from this year’s T.S. Eliot Award winner, Philip Gross.
