Parade starts at 7 p.m. Enjoy meals beforehand at local churches and Santa's village from 5 to 7 p.m. at The Review, 76 Main Street East, in Vankleek Hill, an hour east of Ottawa. Santa will be on hand with his helpers and will have goodies for each little visitor!
