As per Jay's wish we will be hiking from our home to One Duck Lake. The hike is medium difficulty, but is uphill and will take about 40 minutes each way. For those not feeling up to the trek there will be the option of relaxing at the house.
Please bring: comfortable shoes, mosquito repelent, layered clothing, memories or pictures of Jay and good spirit.
We all have learned much from Jay, not only on the culinary side of things . As he will be with us very much in spirit, but not in the kitchen as usual, please consider contributing to the pre-hike refreshements. My brother Peter has volunteered to be in charge of coordination of the potlach. Click here if you wish to participate.
