To attend the Power Admin Training we recommend that participants have a basic knowledge of Salesforce or complete the Getting Started with Salesforce CRM Administration first. Laptops with wifi connectivity required.
PRE-REQUISITES BASIC USER TRACK:
To attend the Basic End User Training we recommend that participants have a cursory knowledge of Salesforce first.
