    NMWA is pleased to participate in the third annual Washington African Diaspora Film Series, co-sponsored with TransAfrica Forum’s Arthur R. Ashe, Jr. Foreign Policy Library and ArtMattan Productions. ArtMattan celebrates the annual New York African Diaspora Film Festival every November/December, and brings to
