With only a guitar and a dream, João Gilberto created the art of bossa nova 50 years ago. Now the music, magic, and magnificent voice return to JVC when Gilberto makes his only US appearance this year. As Miles Davis once said of this legendary artist, “He could read a newspaper and sound good.” It’s a captivating celebration of this glorious Brazilian music.
