Brief The ScrumMaster Certification Workshop is two days of intense interactive training designed to leverage your experiences so that you can learn the practice of Scrum in the context of what you know. This ScrumMaster trainiing event is focused on deepening the skills necessary to stimulate the formation of high performing scrum teams. Aside from a deep dive understanding of "what is scrum" praticpants will gain a solid appreciation for the scrum promises. to register This Course is For Product Owner, Business Analyst, Software Analyst, QA, Testers, Refresher ScrumMaster, Process Advocate, Project Manager, Software Developers, Architects, Directors, Managers and C-level people involved in product development or management of product development, especially software product development. Students are ready to be on a Scrum Team or assume the role of ScrumMaster: Remove the barriers between development and the customer so the customer directly drives development Teach the customer how to maximize ROI and meet their objectives through Scrum Improve the lives of the development team by facilitating creativity and empowerment Help teams get better at delivering product Improve the overall quality and modularity so that each increment is meaningful A background in small teams, with some experience in developing products in a team environment.
