FASHION FOR DARFUR

A one-of-a-kind event, Fashion for Darfur will be, indisputably, one of the most ambitious fundraising events Bostonians will experience this year. Felt Boston, The Massachusetts Coalition to Save Darfur, Polina Fashion, Vinalia Restaurant, 6one7 Productions and East Coast Clubs will unite hands to provide an experimental, sensatory and creative event that will serve as a plateau to raise funds and awareness for the Darfur Region. FASHION FOR DARFUR will offer four levels of entertainment including: themed fashion levels, live entertainment, audiovisual displays, silent and live auctions, performances, guest speakers, sponsored cocktail reception, hors doeuvres and more. Local fashion designers, handpicked by high-fashion model and entrepreneur Polina Raygorodskaya of Polina Fashion, will be chosen to represent the themes and concept designs of each floor at Felt for the night of the event. Such potential concepts include: Sporty, Eco-chick, Hollywood Glamour and Rock n Roll. Sponsors in the categories of energy drink, wine, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be representing the ideologies of each themed level during the elaborate event. Local celebrities, media personnel and city officials will be invited to attend and/or cover the event. The event is currently scheduled from 8:00pm &150; 12:00am. Times may vary.
