===ESPANISH=== A todo aquel/aquella interesado en las nuevas tendencias de Internet, la web 2.0, las redes sociales, etc. Estais invitados este jueves a la reunión en Kynoto (cerca de pza Sant Jaume). Este es un evento social, para gente interesada en la web 2.0 en Barcelona-Catalunya-España. Durante este primer encuentro se hará una pequeña demostración y ejemplos de desarrollo sobre Ruby on Rails (MVC, REST, etc) también se hablará del Web como plataforma social. Small worlds, innovación, new media etc.

Si eres un geek, un marketer, blogger, artista, diseñador, emprendedor o todo a la vez, no puedes perderte esta ocasión de conocer a gente como tu en Barcelona. Cualquier persona a quien le importen los cambios que la Web 2.0 supone, debería asistir o mandar a alguien ;)

Será del estilo de los next wednesdeys de Londres (bubblegeneration.com nextwednesdays.com) o los Blogs and Beers the otras ciudades.

Si quereis venir a cenar, entonces es a las 9 en el kynoto (c/ ciutat, 5) hay sushi y traeremos buen vino. A las 10 se dará una pequeña charla comentando algunas tecnologías clave que están acelerando el desarrollo de la web 2.0 (Ruby on Rails, XUL, javascript-AJAX, etc). A quien no le interese la cena, puede venir a las 10, (sin coste alguno, claro),

=============ENGLISH============= Come to Thursday's meeting. We will be sipping on wine & beer while talking about the web 2.0. this is a social event for people interested in web 2.0 in Barcelona, spain.

During this first meeting we’ll show examples of ruby on rails development &also talk about the web as a social platform.

if you are a geek, marketer, blogger, artist, investor, entrepreneur or all the above, then come meet other people just like you. anyone who is serious about web 2.0 in barcelona should try to attend or send someone. respond early by email if you are confirmed, there is room for up to about 40 people at the current location.

the meeting will include demos of breaking new web sites using ruby on rails and ideas for you on developing commercial social web 2.0 apps. voice your opinion on what the next generation of social networks should be doing.

there are 40 vip seats available for dinner and wine. dinner starts at nine one the dot, and the demo is at a 10:00pm. you can come for free at 10:00pm on the hour for the demo and enjoy wine and beer with a great crowd of barcelona celebrities. confirm by email for the dinner. the dinner is 25 euros per person.

confirm now as the vip tables are filling up quickly. if you'd like the five nines experience, a preimum dinner and wine tasting is available for 59 euros. the vip tables have priority for the event, so respond quickly.
