Daily dawn to dusk. The trail meanders along the Ohio River front, past the fortress of fun, through historic residential area, business district and near northside. Features many historic churches. All curbs are not cut and wheelchairs may have difficulty. You may wish to carry water in the summer months. The award is an enamel pin with a river boat depicted on it, with year bar. Evansville is now the home port to an LST You will see the ship as you walk along the river, after the walk you may wish to tour the ship (Fee). See Henderson, KY for additional events.
