I have been a licensed ZUMBA™ instructor and a member of the ZUMBA™ Instructor Network since October 2010. Prior to that, I taught group exercise classes for 7 years. Stop in for a class. You’ll find the Latin music is exciting and the movements are exhilarating.
Plus, you’ll definitely blast those calories! Build your strength and experience a high-energy workout with no comparison and plenty of results. Classes are held each Sunday for one hour. Drop-ins are accepted.
