The Shedd is an awful place. The building is in shambles; there isn't enough parking; they treat their Venue Assistants like garbage. They frequently work the Venue Assistant without breaks for almost no pay. If Jim Ralph doesn't like you he goes out of his way to find a reason to fire you. The only way to get a postion other than VA is to be a pretty woman. The only exception to this horrible place would be Jessi Cotter who is over worked and under appreciated. On the whole it is one of the worst venues in the area.
