Roar On the Shore

The Roar on the Shore bike rally was created in 2007 for a greater purpose to serve as a major fundraising event in the Erie, Pennsylvania region. Now, entering its sixth year in 2012, Roar on the Shore has quickly become one of the fastest-growing FREE bike rallies in the United States.

Each July, more than 50,000 bikers and bike enthusiasts descend on this city located along the shores of Lake Erie, to enjoy three days of rides, bands, bike contests, custom motorcycles, bike accessories and more. In fact, our Bringin in the Roar Bike Parade is an annual tradition, with 5,000 to 6,000 bikers, led by a celebrity grand marshal, rolling into town to take part in one of the largest escorted rides in history the official kickoff of ROAR!

At ROAR, bikers are able to experience the best of the Great Lakes region. From Ohios Geneva on the Lake to Erie's spectacular bayfront and Presque Isle State Park, on to North East's wine country and Chautauqua Lake, New York, riders will see some of the most beautiful scenery this part of the country has to offer.
