Nestled amid the rolling hills of agriculturally rich northern Lancaster County, downtown Ephrata is a quaint blend of old and new. Cars, busses, and horse and buggies share a wide Main Street that has been 20th Century "streetscaped" with brick sidewalks, old fashioned lamp posts, and benches for the "tired and weary". Buildings dating back a hundred years and more are filled with rustic shops and cafes.
