Please read [b]special note below: Budweiser International Snow Sculpture Championships Date: This event is a few days, you can attend any day you want. 1/20/2009 - 1/25/2009 Location: Riverwalk Center & Blue River Plaza 150 West Adams Breckenridge, Colorado 80424 For More Information: 970-547-3100 Town of Breckenridge website Event Schedule: Starts: Tuesday, January 20 at 11:00 a.m., the competition begins with a shot gun start. Come down and check out the sculptures right from the beginning. Ends: Saturday, January 24, the competition ends at 10:00 a.m. with most of the artists sculpting overnight. The awards ceremony won't be until Sunday, January 25 at 3:00 p.m. so stick around to find out who the winners are. Overview - More info Special Note: I plan on scheduling a meet and greet shortly, but Diane in our group suggested this great idea via the message board (for those eager to road trip now) and I thought it would be great to put it out there for anyone in the group to connect. I will not be able to make this as I will actually be flying to Las Vegas that day. But, why not post for everyone else, after all this group is for you folks to find others who like to Road Trip too.
