The Banff Mountain Film Festival is the largest and one of the most prestigious mountain festivals in the world. The World Tour showcases award-winning films and audience favorites from approximately 300 films entered from over 30 countries with stops planned in 360 locations worldwide. This year's Tour features a collection of the most inspiring and thought-provoking action, environmental, and adventure films from the Banff Mountain Film Festival. Traveling from remote landscapes and cultures to up close and personal with adrenaline-packed action sports, the tour is an exhilarating exploration and celebration of the spirit of adventure. Check back the 3rd week in February for the local play list. Theater doors open at 6PM and shows start at 7PM on screening nights. The shows sell out every year so get your tickets early! Tickets: $15, available at REI Boulder, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, and Westminster locations, the Boulder Theater, and online at www.bouldertheater.com. Proceeds benefit the CU Outdoor Program and Boulder Mountainbike Alliance. Tickets purchased at the Boulder Theatre will incur service charges.
