Description: Age: Newborn to walking toddler. The joy of massaging your baby – stimulating their senses as your loving hands bring warmth and tenderness to their tiny body. Learn how to touch your newborn in ways that heighten mental awareness, growth, and bonding, as well help improve sleep and reduce irritability. After your time together, babies relax with our infant supervisor while mommies ease into the spa for their own special time.

Each of Baby Spa’s Signature Baby Massage classes run in a series of 4 themed classes. This class series will incorporate the 4 elements:

• Earth -The food we eat is grown and draws nutrients from the earth
  
• Air - Our bodies use oxygen to maintain healthy body function
  
• Water - Water is essential to hydrate our bodies and is part of our food
