Description
The first kirtan meeting will be at the Whole Being Weekend at Idyllwild, CA, Sept. 11-13 2009. It will be part of the festivities of the weekend, where Krishna Das kirtan music will be offered publicly without his personal presence perhaps for the first time. He has given his blessing to this use. As things stand now, you will be able to chant Krishna Das kirtans at the Weekend for 1-1/2 hours, or 3 hours or 4-1/2 hours! Some of the chants we will sing, taken from his recordings, will include: MAHAMANTRA MELTDOWN GOVINDA HARE GOPALA HARE JAYA JAGATAMBE HE MA DURGA MERE GURUDEV "ALL ONE" HARE KRISHNA NAMAH SHIVAYA KALABINISHINI KALI HARA HARA MAHADEV SAMADHI SITA RAM JAYA BAGHAVAN SHRI KRISHNA GOVINDA HARE
