Sunday 5K Run for Brunch

We will meet at 10am at the pillars (see picture) , stretch...and then do our best to beat our individual times for a 5K. As always, our Meetups are open to new attendees, so, please join us for this run as we typically run at a casual pace (8-12 min miles). Regardless of the pace of attendees, when we finish, we will cool down at the starting point (the pillars). Afterwards, when all attendees have completed the 5K, we will head on over to a local place around Lake Merritt to enjoy brunch. I'll keep track of distance and time, but if you are faster than me, then...let me know when exactly you finished! My goal is to have both myself and our regular attendees up to a comfortable 10K by February!!! For those who arenÂÂ't regular attendees, my goal is to aid you in enjoying a comfortable 5K.
