East Bay Yoga Talk July Meetup

We're going to talk yoga. And do some asana. But it's not a class. We get lots of classes, and they're great, but we come and go without really talking to anyone. A lot of the time, anyway. Let's get together and talk asana! We can demonstrate, offer suggestions, talk about what our practice is like. We can also talk about how we notice yogic philosophy is creeping into our lives, how we're so much happier now and more honest and more grateful and we love yoga! We can also talk about the yoga community, classes and teachers and really, whatever comes up.
