Managing OSHA/ DOSH inspections

Since the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 became law, employers have received numerous citations and paid monetary penalties for violations identified by compliance safety and health officers (CSHOs). But do you know your rights and responsibilities surrounding an inspection by OSHA or one of the state enforcement agencies? This class prepares you to manage the opening and closing conference as well as the walk-through inspection/investigation. You’ll also learn strategies for appealing citations and minimizing penalties.
