The PAWS Shelter Foundation is sponsoring an outdoor festival, Mutt Strut 2012, to raise funds for the new Hardin County Animal Shelter. The Old Shelter was donated to the county in 1956. It was a wonderful blessing at the time , but, over the years, has become an outdated facility that is not human or adoption friendly. The PAWS Shelter Foundation, Inc. has purchased an existing building located at 220 Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown. Our goal is to raise $1M to finance the renovation.
