Belly Dance Fundamentals (Copy of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance Fundamentals with Serafina at ECC)

All Levels, Ages & Sizes: No prior dance experience necessary! Have you heard the news? Belly dancing is one of the most popular, low-impact activities which incinerates calories and so much fun it doesn't even feel like exercise! We'll be learning proper basic belly dance technique, along with several other styles of belly dance and beyond! Classes will focus on executing various movements and combinations, improving balance and flexibility, learning musicality and creating presence. Dancing with props including zills (finger cymbals), veil and sword will also be introduced, and we'll be discussing costuming, rhythms, music and the history of this dance form. You'll be dancing and making new friends before you know it!
