Guided Meditation & Spiritual Healing Group. The meditation & topic this week will be will be: Releasing Since we are going to be in a Wanning Moon Cycle it is a good time to do releasing, cleansing and banishing work, thus the topic fits right in. This meditation's focus will be on how to use meditation to rid yourself of what you no longer need, etc. You will also learn, in sharing, how easy it is and how to benefit from this on a regular basis. This is our weekly Meditation meetup for those interested in a nice guided meditation and a relaxing time visiting with others of like interests. Introductions and sharing from 7 till 7:30. Guided Group Meditation begins at 7:30 and will last approximate15 minutes, followed by a disucssion about the meditation and topic. Exact location/address will be given upon your yes RSVP. There is no fee for this meetup, but donations are graciously accepted, or bring a light refreshment to share.
