Plans change, people change! Come learn about the prescription drug benefit for individuals on Medicare. A presenter from Senior LinkAge Line® will provide information about Part D eligibility, enrollment, plan options, choosing a plan and low income subsidy.

- Driver's license or Minnesota ID
- Medicare card
- Medications with quantity and dosage information
- Preferred pharmacy
- Health insurance cards
