Description
Gary Huff has taught Tai Chi in Kansas City since 1992 and travels to China to learn from the original source. Bring your children to follow us along in a wonderful, slow and gentle workout. Experience the calming effects of Tai Chi and the fun of getting in touch with our balance and coordination. Class time will have games and simple challenges to keep the interest of the kids.(Ages 5 and up) Registration is required.
