Monmouth County fitness group Holiday workout

Are tired of busting your butt in the gym and getting little to no results? This class is like no other you have ever taken I promise! The best part is that it is free. Function Fitness is family atmosphere were we work hard together and get results together not only will you build better bodies and minds but also relationships with people who are in similar situations. The class starts at 5:30 but please feel free to come early so I can introduce myself to you, give you a tour of the facility and inform you on what kind of exercises you will be doing. I will do my best to answer all your questions as well as follow up with you to make sure you are staying on track with your fitness goals. Please this is for people who are serious about making a change in their lives. This is my busy season and I would hate for someone who really needs the help to not get it. Although it is free before warned that if you are not serious you will get the boot.
