This is for a ticket to the 2012 Cruisin' The Tropics Weekend event on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, requiring that you start the event at your chosen starting winery. Please print out a copy of your receipt, plus bring a state-issued form of ID, to your starting winery as you start the event to be given your actual ticket. Printed documentation does NOT qualify as your ticket. It is merely a receipt, which you will use to obtain your actual ticket, at your starting winery anytime during the event's duration. We strongly recommend that if you are traveling in a group you purchase all your tickets on the same order, as that is the only way to guarantee that you will all have the same starting winery. Since you must start at your assigned starting winery to obtain your actual ticket, having different starting wineries in the same group of attendees traveling together is very problematic.

Recipes for most participating wineries will be in the event cookbook, which will be available for download from our website shortly before the event commences, enabling attendees that experience a stunning wine and food pairing, to purchase some of the served wine, then take it back home to share the pairing with friends and family alike.

DATE: March 23-25, 2012

TIME: Friday, 1-5 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (2-1/2 day event)

PRICE: $30 per person (wine/food pairing per person at each winery and one gift item at their starting winery) or $20 per person for a designated driver ticket (non-alcoholic beverage and food pairing per person at each winery and one gift item at their starting winery).

STARTING WINERY: Glenora Wine Cellars

Tickets are limited. If the event does not sell out by 3/21/12, we will make tickets available for sale during the event itself at select wineries and they will cost $5 more than the prices noted here. While ticket holders will be invited to visit all 30+ participating wineries, these tickets are for you to start at Atwater Estate Vineyards. Tickets are not refundable, nor can they be exchanged or changed in any way. Events are never cancelled for any reason whatsoever, and even in the event of adverse weather, tickets will still neither be refunded, nor exchanged. Groups of 23 or fewer people are strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets on one order, to guarantee that everybody will have the same starting winery. Attendees MUST begin this event at their chosen starting winery, where they will use their state-issued ID, and receipt from Eventbrite, to retrieve their actual ticket(s). Groups of 24 or more people should call the Seneca Lake Wine Trail for help purchasing their tickets. Other tickets, with other starting wineries, are available for purchase through Eventbrite.
