FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) 

How many outfits can I bring?

One. Wardrobe will be provided by participant and session includes one outfit.

Are full hair services provided?

No. Previous hair appointments should be made. Good Hair Day Salon stylists will be available for touch ups. Please ensure that hair has been shampooed within one week of the photo shoot.

What time is my session?

Once your session is paid for, you will be contacted to book your session time.

Session times are first come, first served based on prepayment.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

ID is not required, but participants should be 18 years+.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please do not bring children or additional friends/family members to the photo shoot. Space is limited.

Can I bring food and beverages?

Refreshments will be provided.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No.

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. However, information for each attendee may be required. One individual for each photo session bought.
