Commemoration 2007, Commemorating the 200 year anniversary of the Abolition of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade, and 220 years of the first settlement in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Aug 29, 5pm Powwow ages 12-22 at Morehouse College. Aug. 30th & 31st 2 days conference, MHC. Sept 1, 7am- 5ml Abolition run/walk and BBQ at Stone Mountain Park, Sept 1st 6 pm - Cultural night, "A Taste of 7 Nations" dinner feast and festival at Gwinnett Center, Sunday Sept 2, Thanksgiving svcs.
