      Hear the story of White Buffalo Woman in this interactive workshop and learn about traditional Native American ceremonies such as the Sweat Lodge and Vision Quest. Explore the meaning of symbols such as the hoop and medicine pouch. Reconnect with nature through music and meditation, and make a simple take-home reminder of our connection to all our relations.

      Nancy Thompson is a 24-Year Student of Native American Spirituality and a member of the Miniss Kitigan Drum, a group founded upon the traditions of the Ojibwe.
