Highbanks Park 4 miler

Morning Run at Highbanks, through the trails for a post-Christmas break - beats the return lines at the mall! Work off that extra dinner role! We'll meet at the Welcome Center at the top of the park, just to the right after you enter the park off of Rt. 23/High Street. The trails are hard pack and great for running. A slight bit hilly, but beautiful. Pace will be moderate and determined by our slowest paced runner - with the caveat that if you can not keep a basic running pace you might finish solo so the rest can get a decent run in. But it should work fine. I will plan weekend metro park trail circuit runs through the end of the year. So please sign up. And one run in winter at John Bryan State Aprk too. Great trail run there!
