Camping Weekend - Then Zip Line Day

July 11 is full day Zip Line Trip - So, the plan is to camp July 10 nearby and come back for day 2 of camping Saturday July 11 after the zip line day and some hiking. Camp site with cabin and yurts, plus tent space. The camp site is about 30 minutes from the zip line course, and close to many hiking areas. We'll even have bathroom and shower at the cabin! Here are details: Salt Creek Retreats Located near the Hocking Hills Region in southeastern Ohio, Salt Creek Retreats puts you out of the way of the crowds and traffic but only a few miles from all the wonderful things the area has to offer. We love kids and pets, so bring the whole family! The Cabin - Features include: Fully furnished and simply decorated. Sleeps 6, one queen bed in downstairs bedroom, a futon and 2 twin beds in loft. Air chair. Complete kitchen w/ coffee maker, toaster, range and oven, refrigerator. TV/VCR/DVD player and stereo w/ CD player. Air Conditioner/Gas Furnace. All linens and towels. Outside fire ring. Picnic table and charcoal grill The Yurt - Used by the Mongolian Nomads for centuries, yurts are circular structures made of wood w/ felt and woolen blankets covering the walls. This rustic (no electricity or plumbing) retreat is also the main site for tents, and is about 1/4 mile behind the cabin. It is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors and not rough it. The yurt sleeps 4 but 2 more can sleep on the floor (bring an air mattress for maximum comfort). Our yurt has: a large open space inside (16' diameter), 3 large windows, beautifully hand polished wooden floors, bunk beds, a futon, a sun dome, insulation and a propane heater for winter use. solar shower - summer only. hammock, covered food prep and dining area with picnic table large rock patio fire ring.
