Billiards & Karaoke Night at Fat's

The long days of Winter are fast approaching - so get out of the house and have some fun. Bring some friends or find them here - It's "The Worst Karaoke in Town" night at Fat's. From lot's of talent to none what-so-ever, you will see it all and hopefully participate for a song or two. Great fun. Nice bar and many, many pool tables too. Karaoke starts at 9:15 to 9:30 p.m. The playlist is very, very extensive, with screen prompts for the lyrics, so it is easy to do if you have never tried it. And fun no matter what. The plan is to arrive at 7:30 p.m. for pool. If you come, we have to grab tables for play. So, the first to arrive get the tables. If you come and join in for pool at a table already opened up, the cost per player is $5 for a 90 minute to 2 hour period. Chip in your $5 when you sit in on the table, so the person who took the time and trouble to set up the table and game does not get stuck with your bill. Make sense? If the cost is less at the end, split the remainder. Fair? Again - Come early and hold a table with your credit card or ID. If you jump in and join a table, fork up $5 to the table host. The format is doubles 8 ball. If you lose and another team wants to challenge the winners, you get kicked off and do the same on another table. If all pay their $5 up front, it works out great. By a little after 9 p.m., we can wind it down on billiards and hit the bar & then stage for karaoke fun. Shots of courage available at the bar. This is a really good event for a big group. Set's up very well for lot's of conversation, interactions and cheering on and encouraging of friends to get up and belt out a tune. Rich Brown - Host & Organizer
