2ND TUESDAY @ THE ELEPHANT BAR!

Welcome back to the Elephant Bar! Kelly and staff welcome us to come back as often as possible! We encourage you to bring ONE or TWO favorites you would like to share with the group! Meaning, you don't have to lug your entire collection to every meetup, unless you want to.... Michelle will provide name tags, notepad, pencils and stock games, including but not limited to: Apples to Apples - to go Backgammon Boggle 4x4 Cranium Scattergories Pictionary Scrabble - Deluxe Scrabble Slam - Card Game Slide 5 - Card Game Ticket to Ride Trivial Pursuit - original blue box See you there! The management & staff @ The Elephant Bar will provide us with a large space on the LEFT side of building behind the bar along with the following extras: Happy Hour pricing on BAR MENU ITEMS until 7:00pm..... and then again AFTER 9pm. (This is awesome because Happy Hour prices are not usually given in this room, EVER!) Elephant Bar Gift Cards that we can give away at the drawings at each meeting! Extra lighting similar to Fuddrucker's in September with a few lamps attached to wall/ceiling. (Note: In the future we may ask members to contribute a small donation to help pay for the necessary wiring adjustments to get lighting for that room on a separate grid from the main restaurant, as they are not allowed to bring up the lighting for the entire restaurant anymore.) Group service for the evening will be provided as follows: - Give your name to the server so he/she may keep your order separated from others. - Let them know who else is included on your order if you are there as a couple or family. - Payment will be made as you order with cash/credit card or you can keep a tab for the evening. - If you would like to keep a tab, please provide server with a credit card that they will hold until you leave. (There were several UNPAID orders in September so our hostess and servers got in some trouble - to be fair to the venue and our meetup members, please pay your entire tab and the deserved gratuities for servers) We appreciate Kelly's enthusiasm and the staff's willingness to host our large group every month!
