Baconâs attachment to Reece Mews, the modest place where he lived and worked for the last thirty years of his life, is renowned. So too was the chaotic nature of the studio. Bacon was photographed in his studio on a number of occasions offering a glimpse into a legendary space that few were ever allowed to enter especially as the artist worked.
