We will discuss all the pros and cons of investing out of state from experienced investors point of view. We want to answer any and all of your questions, comments, and concerns about out of state investing--better known as Virtual Investing.. Currently we are investing in California, Nevada, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, and North Carolina. But, no matter what state you are interested in there are some commonalities amongst all out of state investors who uses the same system for success. We will also discuss the importance of building a dream team for each state that you want to invest in--such as having a management co, contractor, attorney, etc. CHANGED DATES TO MAKE CONVENIENT FOR MOST ON HOLIDAY WITH NO TRAFFIC--LOCATION WILL BE IN THE DOWNTOWN LA AREA.
