Description
Celebrate the spring bird migration in a unique transition zone of tallgrass prairie, northern hardwood & conifer forests. Over 170 bird species recorded in 2009! Daily field trips, workshops, socials, vendors. Have fun recognizing and learning bird songs with keynote speaker Jeff Gordon! Wildlife photographer and author Carrol Henderson presents "How Birds Fly." Headquarters: Minnesota State Community & Technical College, Detroit Lakes.
