Parking: Parking is available directly around the ballpark. The cost is approximately $10 to $12 per vehicle. Buses can only park on Erie or Summer. Box Office Numbers: (216) 420-HITS Box Office Hours: The following hours apply to home games: Monday through Sunday - 9AM to 1/2 hour after game. The following hours apply during away games: Monday through Friday - 9AM to 5PM Types of Payment Accepted: The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks are accepted until 2 hours prior to the game time at the main ticket office. Will Call: Tickets can be picked up at Gates A, B, and C three (3) hours prior to game time. Customers must have actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number. General Rules: Cameras are permitted if not obstructing fans view. Recording devices are not permitted. No bottles, cans or coolers. No umbrellas.
