Description
Leonardo da Vinci was one of the greatest geniuses the world has ever known. And while many people are familiar with da Vinci, the artist, few realize that he was an even more prolific inventor. More than 500 years ago, da Vinci designed flying machines, robots, submarines, underwater breathing gear and solar-powered industries; and laid most of the groundwork for the artificial heart valve. This exhibition will allow visitors to see 60 models of da Vinci’s famous machines, inventions and designs based on ancient codices, including a hang glider, helicopter, military tank and more.
Cost
$16.95 for adults and $13.95 for children and seniors.
