Description
Get in the holiday spirit at the Blank Children's Hospital Festival of Trees & Lights 2009 at the Polk County Convention Complex, 501 Grand. You'll find holiday trees decorated by area designers and businesses, a boutique, a neighborhood forest, an 18 foot tall book tree, children's area with activities like face painting and ornament making, Santa and lots more. Tickets are $3 in advance and available at Hy Vee and Dahl's Stores and $5 at the door. Hours are 11AM-7PM Wednesday, 1-7PM Thanksgiving, 11AM-7PM Friday and Saturday and 11AM-5PM Sunday.Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support Child Life and Center for Advocacy and Outreach at Blank Children's Hospital.
