Menu: Creamy Onion Soup with Brandy and Caramelized Apples Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Brown Butter and Creme Fraiche Portuguese White Bean and Kale Stew Challah Bread Cheddar Cheese Buttermilk Biscuits Fig and Almond Dessert Bread Vegetarian friendly. Cost: $50 (includes take-home recipes) Instructor: Sundari Class will run from 6:00 - 9:00. Our cooking workshops are small and personal, and are conducted in a home kitchen. We have added counter and more than enough room for a small group to chop, stir, and cook together. The small group size allows you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive individual instruction. About the Instructor: Sundari learned to cook while working at the renowned Shoshoni Yoga Retreat, which has published two cookbooks. She also spent time doing private dining management for one of Denver's best fine dining restaurants, and learned all she could about food preparation and presentation.
