NPRA Labor Relations/Human Resources Conference 2011 - National Petroleum Refiners Association

Join the NPRA for a rousing discussion and learning opportunity at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. This conference explores emerging and continuing issues in human resources in the industry. Topics are varied and include internal employee issues and external laws/regulations, from labor negotiations, workplace legislation to identity theft and plant security. Representatives come from approximately 80 U.S. refining and marketing companies, along with 35 non-U.S. refining companies from 32 countries. In addition, the meeting attracts over 200 technology, engineering, chemical and other companies servicing the industry. Attendees backgrounds include chief executive officers, vice presidents of refining and petrochemical industries, managers, engineering and technology managers, etc. NPRA, the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association, is a national trade association based in Washington, D.C. representing nearly 500 members, including virtually all U.S. refiners and petrochemical manufacturers. Our members supply consumers with a wide variety of products used daily in their homes and businesses. These products include gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, lubricants, and the chemicals that serve as building blocks for everything from plastics to clothing to medicine to computers and many other products essential to maintaining and improving the nations quality of life.
