Required new hire session for DU employees. Employees will receive introductory information about DU, complete required new hire paperwork, receive benefit information, and complete enrollment forms. This session takes place Monday mornings with Human Resources.
New employees will be asked to complete:
· I-9 Form (Please bring documentation to show eligibility to work. Lists of acceptable documents can be found athttp://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf. )
· Affirmation Statement(http://www.du.edu/hr/forms/documents/AffirmationStatement.pdf)
· W-4 Form (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf)
